"That the permanent School Planning and Building Committee study plans for developing a school on the elementary level, both one story and two story buildings, and to report back to the Town at a special meeting to be called as soon as said committee has sufficient information to present."

To either of the Constables of the Town of Medfield, in said County, Greeting:
In the name of the Commonwealth you are directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Medfield, qualified to vote in elections and in town affairs, to meet at the Memorial School, in said Medfield on Monday, the second day of March A.D. 1964 at 12:00 Noon then and there to act on the following articles :
Article 1. To choose all Town Officers required to be elected an- nually by ballot, viz:
One Moderator, One Town Clerk, One Member of the School Com- mittee, all for one year.
One Assessor for two years.
One Selectman, One Assessor, Two Trustees of the Public Library, One Member of the School Committee, One Member of the Board of Health, One Cemetery Commissioner, One Member of the Water and Sewerage Board, Two Members of the Park Commission, One Member of the Board of Public Welfare, One Tree Warden, all for three years.
One Member of the Planning Board for five years.
The Polls to be opened at 12:00 Noon and shall be closed at 8:00 o'clock P.M.

To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1964, and to issue a note or notes therefor payable within one year and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Chapter 44, Section 17, General Laws.

Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and/or transfer from available funds a sum of money for the purchase of a Self-Unloading Sand Spreader for the use of the Highway Depart- ment, or do or act anything in relation thereto.

Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $2,700.00 for the purpose of surfacing the Parking Field at the Town Swim- ming Pond on Green Street, and to do or act anything in relation thereto.

Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $1,000.00 for the purpose of improving the Bakers Pond area, or do or act anything in relation thereto.

Article 40. To see if the Town will authorize the Park Commission to disburse from its annual appropriation miscellaneous sums of money for entrance fees, the purchase of prizes and awards and the like in con- nection with the participation of groups sponsored by the Park Commis- sion in meets, contests and competition both within and without the con- fines of the Town of Medfield, or do or act anything in relation thereto.

Article 41. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $696.00 for the purpose of purchasing a permanent plan file, or do or act anything in relation thereto.

To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise, appropriate, or transfer from available funds in the Town Treasury to the Planning Board for the purpose of providing necessary secretarial help and for the preparation and dissemination of information in connection with the preparation of the Master Plan.
