To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by purchase, taking by eminent domain or otherwise, in behalf of the Town, perpetual easements for the installa- tion, maintenance, repair and replacement of pipes for drainage of storm water in a strip of land 20 feet in width on the northerly side of Indian Hill Road running through land now or formerly of Myles P. & Rita K. Connelly and the land now or formerly of Haslam Realty Corp., all as shown on a plan entitled "Drainage Easement Noon Hill Estates, Med- field, Mass.," dated Dec. 3, 1966, drawn by Landmark Engineering, Inc., Wrentham, Mass., copies of which are on file in the Office of the Select-

Bridge the title in fee simple, for school purposes, of a parcel of land shown and designated as Lot A lo- cated at the easterly corner of land now or formerly of Henry C. Bridge and Grace E. Bridge, bounded northeasterly by land of the Town 27 feet southeasterly by land of the Town 13 feet, southwesterly by land of Henry C. and Grace E. Bridge 27.47 feet, containing 172 square feet all as shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Land to be acquired by the Town of Medfield, Mass.
