Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Foster Street in said town, said point being the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described and being at the northeasterly corner of land now owned by the town of Southbridge and used for Police Station purposes;
Thence by land of the said town of Southbridge westerly a distance of 94.5 feet to a point:
Thence northerly by land now or formerly of Simonelli and land now or formerly of Karcasinas and by land of others, a distance of 199.3 feet to a point;
Thence northwesterly a distance of 19.8 feet to a point;

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Southbridge, qualified to vote in town affairs, to meet at the Southbridge High School auditorium, in said Southbridge, on Monday, May 21, 1962 A.D. at 7:30 P.M. then and there to act on the following articles:
Article 1. Gregoire, Eugene Gaumond, and Ernest Collette for expenses incurred by them in the de- fense and settlement of an action brought against them by Paul LaRochelle for acts done by them while acting as mem- bers of the fire department August 12, 1959, or act anything thereon.
Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to be used to

pay for the cost of publishing a book listing valuations and property taxes paid by individuals and business firms in town, or act anything thereon.
Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to appoint a Committee of seven (7) voters of the Town, of which at least two members must be members of the Southbridge Town Democratic Committee and at least two members must be members of the Southbridge Town Re- publican Committee to make a study of the Party Caucus and Non-partisan caucus for the purpose of changing the Party Caucus to non-partisan caucus and to bring its recommenda- tions to the Board of Selectmen before December 31, 1962, or act anything thereon.
Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to be used to pay C & S Outlet for a bill outstanding from May, 1960, in the amount of One Hundred and Four dollars ($104.00) and charged by the Civil Defense department, or act anything thereon.
Article 15. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate, borrow or transfer the sum of $4,200.00 to repair the underpinning of the steps and landing to the front en- trance of the Town Hall, or act anything thereon.
Article 16-To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to construct a storm drain on Columbus Avenue from the westerly line of Park Avenue to the easterly line of Prospect Street for a dis- tance of approximately six hundred (600) feet, or act anything thereon.

VOTED: To amend Sections 2 and 3 of Article MCX of the Town By-Laws, the Classification and Compensation Plan by deleting from Classification S5 the words "Engineering Aid" and in place thereof the words "Junior Civil Engineering Aid," and by adding to Classification S6 the words "Senior Civil Engineering Aid" and by deleting from Classification S7 the words "Draftsman" and placing thereof the words "Junior Civil Engineer" and by deleting from Classification S9 the words "Civil Engineer" and in place thereof the words "Senior Civil Engineer" and by adding to Classification S10 the words "Assistant Town Civil Engineer" and by deleting from Sec- tion 3, Compensation Plan, Exhibit B the words
