GREETINGS:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Southbridge, qualified to vote in Elections and Town affairs, to meet at the several polling places in said Southbridge, designated by the Selectmen, to wit: In Pre- cinct #1, Mary E. Wells Junior High School; in precinct #2, West Street School; in precinct #3, Sacred Heart School; in precinct #4, Eastford Road School; on Friday the third day of March, 1967, A.D., at eight (8) o'clock in the fore- noon then and there to give in their votes on one ballot to the Town, for the following officers, to wit:

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are also required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Southbridge, qualified to vote in Elections and Town affairs to meet at the Southbridge High School Aud- itorium in said Southbridge, on Monday, March 13, 1967 A.D. at seven (7) o'clock P. M., and then and there to act on the following articles:
Article 1: To hear and act on the reports of the Town Officers.
Article 2: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the rev- enue for the financial years beginning January 1, 1967 to January 1, 1968, in accordance with the provisions of Gen- eral Laws, Chapter 44, Section 4, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year , in accordance with provisions of General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 17.
Article 3: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to cause an audit to be made of the Town's accounts of 1966, or act anything thereon.
Article 4: To see if the Town will authorize the Board of Assessors to use a certain sum of free cash in the Treas- ury in computing the taxrate for 1967, or act anything there- on.
Article 5: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Health to appoint one of its members to the office or position of Board Physician at a salary of $630.00 per annum and to the office or position of Parochial School Physician at a salary of $870. 00 per annum, or act anything thereon.
Article 6: To see if the Town will rai se and appropriate money to defray the debts and expenses of the town for the current financial year and especially for or relating to all or any boards, departments, committees; to fix the salary and compensation of all elective officers of the Town as provided by Section 108 of Chapter 41 of the General Laws, as amended, or to take any other action thereto.
Article 7: To see if the Town will vote to hear, act on, and accept the report of the Board of Selectmen as to the laying out of a public way a certain street to be known as Country Club Place from the terminus of the 1961 acceptance of said Country Club Place Easterly and Southerly for a distance of about nine hundred and sixty-five (965) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 8: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to pay South-

bridge Development Company for the construction of a san- itary sewer on Country Club Place from the existing sanitary sewer Easterly and Southerly for a distance of about nine hundred and twenty-four (924) feet, providing that South- bridge Development Company release to the Town of South- bridge, all rights by proper instruments, or act anything thereon.
Article 9: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to resurface Marcy Street from Hamilton Street to Hartwell Street; said surfacing to be dense mix, Type ST, or act anything thereon.
Article 10: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the widen- ing and graveling of Tipton Rock Road or act anything there- on.
Article 11: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the con- struction of a storm drain on Dennison Drive from existing 36 inch culvert on South Street Easterly along Old South Road and Southerly along Dennison Drive to Ridge Road, a total distance of about twenty-one hundred (2100) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 12: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the re- laying of a sanitary sewer on Westwood Parkway from an existing manhole which is about two hundred and five (205) feet Southerly of Chartier Lane, thence Southerly for a total distance of about six hundred (600) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 13: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to repair sewer line on W. Main Street from the sewer manhole on W. Main St. at the intersection of W. Main Street and Proulx Avenue Westerly for a distance of about one hundred and twenty (120) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 14: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the re- construction of Cisco Street from Coombs Street to Morris Street for a distance of about seven hundred and seventy (770) feet, said construction to consist of adequate drain- age, foundation, concrete curbing, and Type I surfacing, or act anything thereon.
Article 15: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the con- struction of a storm drain on Pinedale Street, or act any- thing thereon.
Article 16: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to pay Chester
Spielvogel for the construction of a sanitary sewer from the existing sewer on Roosevelt Drive thence along Idlewood St. and thence along Crestwood Drive for a total distance of about nine hundred and five (905) feet, providing that Chester Spielvogelrelease to the Town of Southbridge, all rights by proper instruments, or act anything thereon.
Article 17: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the con- struction of a storm drain on Crestwood Drive from Idlewood Street Northerly for a distance of about five hundred (500) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 18: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the con- struction of a field house at Morris Street Field; said con- struction to consist of toilet facilities, storage facilities, or act anything thereon.
Article 19: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the re- construction of the sidewalk on the Northerly side of Oak Ridge Ave. from the Easterly sideline of Everett Street Easterly to Oak Ridge Cemetery, a total distance of about one hundred and seventy (170) feet, or act anything there- on.
Article 20: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the con- struction of a storm drain on a Town owned right of way off Central St. for a distance of about one hundred and twenty (120) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 21: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the con- struction of a storm drain on Charlton Street from an exist- ing catch basin Northerly to Vinton Street, Easterly to Cady Brook, a distance of about six hundred fifty (650) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 22: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to construct a sanitary sewer on Jerome Street, from Charlton Street westerly, for a distance of three hundred and ninety-five (395) feet more or less, or act anything thereon.
Article 23: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer the sum of money for the extension of a storm drain on Ashland Avenue, a distance of about two hundred and twenty (220) feet and a retaining wall in front of land owned by Joseph Maska, or act any- thing thereon.
Article 24: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the re- construction of a sidewalk and new concrete curb on the

easterly side of Marcy Street from the Southerly sideline of Main Street Southerly to Dupaul Street, a distance of about five hundred and twenty-two (522) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 25: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the re- construction of Guelphwood Road, said money to be used under Chapter 90 of the General Laws of Massachusetts in conjunction with money which may be allotted by the state and county , or both, for this purpose, or act anything there- on.
Article 26: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the Maintenance of Chapter 90 roads in this Town, said money to be used in conjunction with money which may be allotted by the State and County, or both, for this purpose, or act anything thereon.
Article 27: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the re- construction of the sidewalk on the westerly side of Elm Street in front of the Fire Station, a total distance of 126 feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 28: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the con- struction of a storm drain on Marc Avenue from an existing catch basin at Gerard Street Southerly for a distance of about eight hundred (800) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 29: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to construct a sanitary sewer on Old North Woodstock Road, from an existing sanitary manhole on East Main Street opposite station 123 + 40 of the 1935 layout of said street, thence southerly across land of New York, New Haven and Hart- ford Railroad to Old North Woodstock Road thence south- easterly along said road for a total distance of about two hundred and ninety (290) feet, or act anything thereon.
Article 30: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money to pay Don- ald Belanger for the construction of a sanitary sewer from the existing sanitary sewer on West Street Easterly on School St. for a distance of about one hundred and seven (107) feet, providing that Donald Belanger release to the Town of Southbridge, all rights by proper instruments, or act anything thereon.
Article 31: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer a sum of money for the in- stallation of lights at Dresser St. Field Tennis Court, or act anything thereon.
Article 32: To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Five (975) dollars from the Sale of Lots and Graves Account to the Cemetery Improve- ment Account, or act anything thereon.
Article 33: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer, a sum of money to enable the Town Clerk to obtain a vault, to be used exclusively by the Town Clerk, or act anything thereon.
Article 34: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer , a sum of money to purchase from Eva and Desanges Chamberland Lot #15 as shown on plan of "Pleasant Street Heights, " dated October 1, 1922 to be used as a Town Street, or act anything thereon.
Article 35: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer the sum of Four Hundred Ninety (490) dollars to buy and plant twenty (20) Shade Trees; to plant said trees and new streets, and to replace dead trees that had been removed. If trees or tree are planted on private land, said owner or owners of private land will release to the Town all their rights by proper in- strument, or act anything thereon.
Article 36: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer the sum of Five Hundred Fifty (550) Dollars, tofertilize trees on main streets. Said sum would be used for labor and material, to improve their condition and appearance, or act anything thereon.
Article 37: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer the sum of Two Thousand (2000) Dollars for Mosquito Control. Said sum to be used for insecticide, labor and equipment to apply insecticide to known breeding sites, swamps and low areas containing collections of water to prevent further breeding, or act any- thing thereon.
Article 38: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer the sum of Two Hundred Sixty (260) Dollars toremove live elm tree, stump and root system to prevent further damage to driveway, and to repair driveway and lawn in work area at 153 Eastford Road, or act anything thereon.
