WADE, FREDERICK S. JR. LIEUTENANT Son of Jesse S. and Katherine Wade; born August 21, 1883; New Harmony, Posey County, Ind. Enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1903. Served with U.S. Navy in all parts of the World. Rose to rank of Lieutenant. During the World War, he was assigned to duty on the U.S. Destroyer Wainright. Died of pneumonia February 1, 1919, while at home on a furlough, New Harmony, Ind.
