The case of Mr. and Mrs. Wealey Stampa, charged in Christian county with the murder of their new-born I baby, was dismissed by Prosecuting Attorney Tom Moore when the couple wua arralghed for a preliminary hear- Ing before Justice of the Peace R. P. Farrar at Ozark yesterday.

Death of Charles I. Lloyd Follows Ravenous Meal of Radishes.
Charles 1:win Ilosc: 34 years old. died suddenly last night at him home. 786 Kast Elm street, at 10:50 o'clock. Relatives stated this morning that his 1 ' death came shout under peculiar cir- cumatances beginning with his dis- Foorary late yesterday afternoon that his estranged wife had filed ault for I divorce.
1 All his life he had been subject to extreme fita of rage. ther said Ae soon as he read of his wife's action. . he suddenly was attacked by another of his "apella" except that it was much worse than common. relatives cald. He returned to eat dinner last night with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Lloyd, with whom he lives. ex- copt that he consumed about three doren radishes, eating them rapidly without making any effort to chew thet thoroughir. He then retired to his room.

Mr. - Lloyd le survived by his father and I mother, Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Lloyd.' and the wife who yesterday filed suit I for divorce. The couple had been married about 18 months.
