Relatives denied emphatically last night that Lloyd committed suicide. but examination of Greene county vital statistics revealed a. death cers tificate. signed by the family physt- cian, which gave the cause of death as "suicide by polmoning."


. Coroner Jewell E. Windle. after . brief investigation.">announced that he was "satisfied" and' that there would be no Inquest. but he would say nothing further regard- 'ing the death.

He was disturbed greatly by news of his wife's suit. she said, and sp- peared worried and preoccupied ~: dinner Monday night, eating n great number of radishes hurriedly and retiring abruptly to his room.

Several hours later. ahe said. he called to her from his room and asked for some candy, and she took several. pleces of chocolate to him. He ate them rapidly. A short time later he began vomiting. and death occurred before Dr. J. 11. Fulbright. | the family physician, could reach } the Lloyd home.

Relatives sald Lloyd had been subject to fits of rage for many years. A stroke of paralysis forced him to quit work. scrording to his mother. Though Ilving at the home ; of his parents, she said. he visited : hla wife frequently.
