"Probably electrocution. Autopsy wealed no evident cause of death.

A possibility that Mr. Brewer died of poisoning was discredited when an analysis of the atumach contents failed to reveal any traces' of polson. There was no evidence of heart disease, and little of elec- trocution.


Funeral services were conducted nt 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the Methodist church In Galloway. with burhd in the Dudson cem **- ri under direction of the Alma Loh- meyer funeral home.

Veerkamp, widely known educator of the southwest, superintendent of Newton county schools and former professor of mathematics at Southwest State - - Teachers college, died at his home at Neosho, following a long liness Mr. Verrkamp was . 68 years old and had been a teacher for nearly fifty years. He was born at Troy. Xo., where he grew to manhood and started his career na a teacher. During his career he taught school ir.
