Big Bull Falls, at this point of the river, affords an easily utilized and unlimited water power, the falls in the river being over 20 feet. The city is lighted by electrcity, has water works, excellent sewerage system. thor- oughly equipped fire department. telephone exchanges. 3 banks. 16 church edifices, a high. and 8 ward schools and 2 business colleges.
