There shall be held in each and every year hereafter, for the whole of the eighth judicial circuit of Wiscon- sin, four special terms in each year, at the times and places as follows:
One term at the court house in the city of Hudson, St. Croix county, on
the first Monday of January, at 9 o'clock a. m.
One term at the court house in the city of Alma, Buffalo county, on the fourth Tuesday of May, at 9 o'clock a. m.
One term at the court house at Me- nomonie, Dunn county, on the first Monday of June, at 9 o'clock a. m.
One term at the court house in the village of Ellsworth, Pierce county, on the Tuesday following the first Mon- day in September, at 9 o'clock a. m.
The judge of said circuit may ap- point, by order to be filed in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court for each county therein, four special terms in each year at such times and places as he shall deem necessary and proper. Said order shall be filed at least four weeks before time therein appointed for holding any such term, and the time of holding the same may be changed in like manner. At terms so appointed and held, any and all busi- ness, except the trial of issues of fact by a jury, may be transacted .- Chap- ter 134, Laws of 1901.
