Sailed over- seas May 8, 1918, on the Agamemnon. In action at Somme, Defense of Hill 304 Sector Meuse-Argonne, and Troyon Sector. Was in St. Mihiel Sector when the Armistice was signed. Discharged May 29, 1919, at Camp Grant, Ill.

Gunner, 63rd Dp. Battery, Canadian Army. Son of Robert and Amelia Williams, 1130 West Cook street, Springfield, Ill. Born March 28, 1899, in Pawnee, Ill. Entered service in March, 1918, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Sailed overseas May 4, 1918. Received his training in England at Bordon Camp, Frensham Pond Camp and Witley Camp. Stationed at Witley Camp. Surrey, England, when the Armistice was signed. Dis- charged August 26, 1919, at London, Ontario, Canada.

Lieutenant Colonel, U. S. Cavalry and Colonel Sixth Texas Cavalry, U. S. Regular Army. Son of Colonel Bluford Wilson, 906 South Sixth street, Springfield, Ill. Born August 27, 1881, in Springfield, Ill. Graduated from West Point in 1904. Served from that time as Instructor in Cavalry Service at West Point and other U. S. Army Posts. Spanish-American War veteran. In World War Service, was Instructor of Cavalry at West Point, San Antonio, Tex., and Ft. Riley, Kan. Had applied for over- seas duty and was ready to report when the Armistice was signed.

J., and Camp Meade, Md. Sailed overseas November 9. 1918, on the Northern Pacific, but was called back November 11. 1918. Discharged January 15, 1919, at Camp Meade, Md.
