Received ma- chine gun wound in right arm and shrapnel wound in left hand. Was in France when the Armistice was signed. Arrived in United States Jan- uary 25, 1919, and was sent to Hospital at Ft. Sheridan, Ill. Discharged May 28, 1919, at Camp Grant, Ill.

Stationed at Camp DeSouge, France. Was at Camp DeSouge, France, when the Armistice was signed. Discharged February 19, 1919, at Camp Grant, Ill.

In action in the Enverzin Sector, Verdun, and Meuse-Argonne Offensive. Was in action on the Meuse River when the Armistice was signed. Discharged June 9, 1919, at Camp Grant, Ill.
