At A Meeting of the Selectmen on Friday the 20th. of April. 1759 At the Houfe of Mr. Smith Prentice in Watertown-they Defired Beza1: Learned to take spedy Care to Secure the north Pier of the Great Bridge from Sinking & failing of which they Judged there was Great Danger-


At Sd. Meeting they Directed the Clerk to Send Notifications to the Adjessent Towns to Perambulate the Line & Renew the Bound marks betwen the Town of Watertown & the Towns that Joine upon it-On the first monday of May next And Mr. Amos Bond & Mr. Jonathan Child-were appointed to do sd. Service ---


At Sd. Meeting They Directed the Clerk to Issue out a War- rant Directed to one of the Conftables to warn out Margret Gardner who came into town Last month And Refides at the Houfe of the Wd. Waltham to the Town of Watertown (6) To know the mind of the Town whether they will appropriate the money that is Due from Waltham to Watertown (that hath not been Appropriated) Towards the Support of the poor in Cafe the Grants already made for that purpose should not be sofficient

A D. 1759 They Directed the Clerk to Issue out a Warrant to warn one Eleanor Collier and Her Infant Child out of Watertown they came to Town Somtime in the Month of Feby. Last and Refide in the Houfe of the Widw- Mary Hastings the Woman an In- habitant of Boston and the Child Born at Dorchister-A War- rant was Issued out the same Evening & Delivered to Conftable Stone-Pr.
