The Selectmen Agreed with Mr Josiah Bright to Board & take Care of Samuel Coollidge till further orders at four Shillings pr week and Defired Capt Edward Harrington & Miff" Jonathan Child & Nathaniel Stone three of the Selectmen to remove him next morning to sd Brights


They alfo Agreed with Mr Simon Coollidge to take & keep Mary Coollidge (his Sifter) for one Shilling & Nine pence half penney pr week & Said Mary to have what She earns her Self m' Coollidge to keep her till further orders

The Petition of Nath" Harris Esq' being read & after Debate thereon the Queition was put whether it be the minde of the town to difmifs the petition for this time and it past in the affirmative


Then the Article relating to the wido Maddox was Read & after Debate thereon the Vote was put whether the Committe formerly Chofen for sd affair purfue the matter further as they may think proper


and the Vote past in the affirmative


Then the article relating to erecting a workhoufe was Read & after Debate thereon the Vote was put whether the town will Join with any other towns in Erecting a workhoufe & it past in the Negative
