At a Town Meeting of the freeholders and other Inhabitants of Watertown who are Quallified to Vote in Town affairs Afsembled at the Meeting Houfe in Said town on Monday the 5th. Day of by adjournment

William Hunt Esq': being Moderator; The Meeting being Opened, they They took into Consideraton the Committees report on Mr Richard Clarks Petition and after Debate thereon they Voted to accept the report which is as follows (Viz) That they are of Opinion that Mr Clark the petitioner pay his own Charges.
