At the Meeting aforesaid L': Jonathan Stratton paid the Sum of 11/10d to the Treafurer of Watertown it being the Ballance which is due to Watertown after Weston has paid Said Stratton ye Sum of £ 3:4 :8 :1 for which Sum the Selectmen ordered the town-Clerk to give sd: Stratton an Order on ye Selectmen of Weston for the Sum of £3 : 16 : 7 : 1 which Sum will be in full of Westons part when paid of ye Sum proportioned as abovesaid

an order was Given on ye Selectmen of Weston Accordingly and Signed by Order of ye Selectmen Jona: Brown Town-Clerk At a Meeting of the Selectmen the 23th Day of Oct": AD 1772. at the Houfe of m': Thos: Wellington - They Signed an order on the town Treafurer to pay or Order ye payment out of the town Rate to each of ye Inhabitants of the town what appeared by the Surveyors lists they had worked out in Repairing ye High-ways Since last march. - also to pay m': John Clark £ 6:13 :4 pence for his Service in keeping School- also one pound one Shilling and Seven pence one farthing to ye wido: Elizabeth Wyth of Cambridge for her Boarding Ruth Maddox. at this meeting m' John Remington gave in a Notification to ye Selectmen Informing them that he had Received into his Family one Sarah Flagg who Came last from Concord on ye: 22d Day of September last paft.
