FRANCES WESTERN SWEETSER was born at Worcester 16 Oct. 1840, daughter of Seth7 and Hannah Frances (Vaughan), and grand-daughter of Seth and Sarah (Frothingham). She became a resident of Lexington in Mar. 1901.
