Troy Davis. 14-year-old grandson of the aged woman, has been released by prosecutor Mille .


Mr. Mills stated today he believes the story told by the youth In regard to the case is true.


Ollie Pilkton. 21, who resides pear Conway. was taken Into custody yes- terday on a "John Doe" warrant for Investigation by Webster county of- ficers.


No Charge Filed.


No formal charge has been filed against Pilkton, Prosecutor Milla said Plikton was brought to Springfield yesterday for finger-printing officers desiring to compare hla finger priota with those found on the gun with which Mre. Drake was alain.


Marks on the gun were too in- dlatinct. however, officers said.


Pilkton was still in custody early this afternoon.

A coroner's jury was immediately summoned and the grandson taken Into custody for investigation. The coroner's jury continued the Inquest until today. Mr. Mille stated be be- Heved the Inquest will be completed Inte this afternoon.

The young couple returned to Springfield Inte last night with relatives who had followed them to Shreveport. L.a. With them came Harry Veshears. 14-year- old Jarrett student who dtaap- peared the same day Mr. and Mrs. Otterman vanished.
