The wedding took place Saturday, June 9 at Liberty, Mo. Reverend H. H. Luetzow performed the ceremony. Mrs. Hilt is the daugh- ter of the late Mr. .. William L. Vroo- man of Springfield. Mr. Hilt la the superintendent of construction for the Midwest General Electric com- pany, at Kansas City. Following the wedding ceremony. the couple left for a three weeks tour of the west. Upon their return, Mr. and Mrs. Hilt will reside in Kansas City.

Miss Mary Murphy, who! acted as her bridesmaid. . wore a pou- dre blue crepe, and carried pink rose buds. Mr. Henry Mellon acted as best man. for Mr. Larkin. . Preceding and during the ceremony, Miss Lure Herk - erilively played Lohengrin's Wedding March. Following the ceremony. a wedding breakfast waa served at the home of the bride's-parents. Mr. and ::- Larkin left Immediatediv after- wards for a short trip. to St. Louis. Mo .. and eastern points. In two weeks they will return to Springfield. .- where they will make . their home. Only the immediate families of the couple, and a few close friends at- | tended the wedding.
