Virgil Berry. 24. of Lebanon; lies In the Springfield Baptist hospital In a ertucal condition. He fell from a Frisco freight tratti at 10 o'clock last night near Marshfield. His legs were amputated by Springfield physicians. Berry boarded a train at Lebanon to go to a carnival at Marshfield. H fell from the train and beneath the wheels. His legs were badly mangled.
