The marriage of Miss Ida Mas Delo to Mr .: Ofland B. Smith of Joplin took place this morning at 8 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Delo, 764 North Boule- vard.


Dr. J. T. Bacon read the double ring ceremony before an improvised altair which was banked with garden flowers, ferns, cut flowers and clematis.


The bride wore a town of tan crepe and transparent ' velvet, and carried & bouquet of yellow roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Marjorie Brady. wore a grown of blue crepe. Bhe car- riea a bouquet of pink roses and baby breath. Mr. Richard Buckner of Ash Grove. Mo .. acted as best man.

- Following the ceremony a break- fast was served at the home of the bride's parents to 25 questa.


Mr. and Mrs. Smith left for a short wedding trip to Kansas City and other near points. They will be at home after September 10 in Joplin, MO.


Mrs. Smith la a graduate of Spring- High school. For the past four jebis bue uns been associated with the Robertauu Wholesale Grocery company.


Mr. 8m !!! is the son of Mrs. G. H. White of Joplin. Ha attended high school in Kansas City and was grad- usted from the Kansas City College ! of Pharmacy in 1926 and has lived in this city for the past year. He is now connected with the Loveland Pharmacy in Joplin.
