Settled in Plymouth in 1902. Married Enrico Vecchi of Palati Peppoli, Bologna, Italy, May 17, 1893. Children: Ferdinand, a veteran U. S. Army, World War I, is a moulder; Arthur, also a moulder; Lilly, is married to Emanuel Thomas; Orlando, a graduate of Plymouth High and attended Boston University, is a coffee dealer in New York, married to Josephine Russo, and Dora, is married to William Mello. Mrs. Vecchi is member of Vittoria Colonna Society and of Civic Club. Has taught Italian and embroidery for many years. She has been an outstanding actress, taking leading parts in numerous plays. Active in the welfare of her people. Always happy to offer her services gladly and freely to worthy causes. Res .: 271/2 Fremont St., Plymouth.

S. in 1895, settling in Boston, where he graduated from Northeastern School of Law in 1912. In general practice in Boston since 1913. Formerly a newspaper corre- spondent for "L'Italia del Popolo" of Milan and "L'Italia" of Rome. Was also for many years, chief clerk of the Italian passenger dept. and with the Immigration Dept. of the International Mercantile Marine Co.
